I made the mistake of asking for mental health help and turned myself in to inpatient care.
Everything seemed to go well while I was in there, until the psychiatrist. I asked for something gentle. He talked me into Lithium and Abilify, the two biggest mistakes of my life.
Now everything has changed. I've changed, and not for the better. I'm scared and have been in pain a lot, and my mind sometimes feels like not my own in brand new ways.
I don't like it. I don't like it.
Someone help.
I want to seek help again, but I'm scared they'll just put me on more things.
Somebody stop the people who hurt the vulnerable at vulnerable times from positions of authority so we can just seek help.
